　 本日の SPGF・PGP-NEWS (http://biz.nifty.ne.jp/gfnet/) に以下の Top News が 掲載されましたので、お知らせしておきます。

　 G)●日本のもつ弁護士資格取得試験というのは、要するに何ものなのか。

　 (A) とっぱしは、とにかく、言語学そのもの又は、それがらみの、例えば定説 語 ( 2億語程、すでに確定しているけれど) そのものについて、何の出題 もされない。

　 (C) ついでながら言えば、判決とは、どの様に関わるべきかという定説そのも のが無視されていて、当然、言渡し文と前文部分が混乱しているので、そ れを悪用するヤツが、なんと弁護士の中にも出てきている。

　 (D) 哲学に関する出題は、なされて居ないので、弁護士に成ろうとするお方こ そは何一つ、見識というか人格そのものは、問われてい無いのだ。

　 (E) 更に、医学に関する相当広くて深い level までは出題されない為、結局 何一つ解っていない。 (F) お終いは横文字ですが、JHAPANE 英語と言うのは、Eglovel standard で は、認められてい無いにも関わらず、英語だけで世界中通用するかの様な stance で、これ一本で押し通して来ているのだ。JHAPANE という国は。

　　 (注1) ちなみに本日見た、弁護士 紀藤正樹 (ライフスペース情報) によれ ば、『定説は高橋氏が決めるのでしょうから、結局高橋氏の納得いかない 判決はすべて「下品だ」ということになり、要するに高橋氏の言うところ は、すべて正しいということになりませんか？そんな考え方は、すべてが 合議制で決まるこの世の中では通用しない考え方とは思いませんか？」と、 up して居まして、既にあなた様には、お氣付きのように即ち、定説のもつ 意味すら無知でも、television star まがいの弁護士になら、すぐになれ ると、言う事の様ですね。

　●Lawyer qualification acquisition examination which JHAPANE have, what is that in the last?

　(D) The questions concerning the philosophy is not performed. Therefore, person who wants to become a lawyer is not asked any sence, that is, personality.

　(E) In addition, because question concerning Medical is not proposed in wide and deep level, they know nothing after all.

　(F) Finally, about European languages, but, JHAPANE English does not achieve recognition in Eglovel standard. However JHAPANE takes a stance that as if they know English, they are available all over the world. Furthermore they are pushing through only this stance. This is the country of JHAPANE.

　　(note1) For your information, according from home page of lawyer Massachi Chito, he says, "Standard Stance will be decided by Mr. TAKHAHASHY, so all judgements that He can not able to satisfy are to be 'vulgarity' after all. In short, what Mr. TAKHAHASHY say are correct everything. Don't you think so? Don't you think that it is not available in this world because everything is decided by parliamentary system?" He up on his home page as above. You have already found, that is, it seems that if lawyer is ignorance even the meaning of Standard Stance, he becomes lawyer just like television star easily.
